The restaurant has an Italian menu with particular attention to the territoriality and seasonality of the products. Among our various courses we recommend starting with a salad of Brussels sprouts seared with pomegranate or with liver pate with a reduction of orange and port; followed by the delicate ravioli with ricotta and spinach homemade with butter and sage, the homemade Maltagliati with a rabbit ragout and Taggiasca olives.
Among the second courses, do not miss the lemon cockerel with organic vegetables, the roast beef fillet with sautéed chicory, the tuna in a poppy crust on an avocado cream. Don’t forget to taste the desserts.
