The Firenze Nova Restaurant and Pizzeria is the temple of Campanian flavors and fresh seafood. As skilled restaurateurs, the Di Giacomo siblings, Michele, Carolina, and Valentina, not only offer a true DOC pizza (one of the best in Florence) but also provide an excellent quality-price ratio for their seafood dishes.

Deliveries are made daily: every morning, a large fish (such as tuna, sea bass, or swordfish) is selected for the dish of the day, in addition to a menu featuring traditional products with a modern twist.

We recommend trying the Baked Octopus, Salmon Sashimi, and Raw Shrimp with Burrata among the appetizers.

Among the first courses, standout dishes include Spaghetti with Clams, Tagliatelle with Farmhouse Ragù, and Padellata. Not to be missed among the second courses are the mixed fried seafood, baked sea bass and gilt-head bream, mixed grilled seafood with cuttlefish and squid, the Mussels Pepper Stew, and a tender Florentine Steak for those who don’t prefer seafood, in addition to a land-based menu that brings back forgotten flavors.

Homemade desserts are prepared daily, varying according to the seasons.

The service is very friendly and professional. Reservations are necessary, as the place is very popular. Those who want to enjoy the delights of Firenze Nova can conveniently do so at home with the delivery service. There is also a spacious and pleasant summer terrace.
