An intimate, refined and at the same time essential interior, created in delicately soft shades that highlight the terrazzo tiled floor, it is an ideal place for a dinner for two, but also for a quiet evening among friends. Marco Romei, who has had years of experience in the finest fish restaurants in Florence (in spite of his youth), works with his wife Waka and is the chef and owner. He offers a traditional and creative fish cuisine with fantastic revisions and elegantly presented dishes. Everything is made scrupulously at home, from the pasta to the bread and the desserts. Only fresh fish of the highest quality is used, always directly from the sea and never from fish farms. Start off with a tray of mixed raw seafood, a tuna tartare with green apple sauce, or a bowl of Mazzara del Vallo prawns au gratin in a fondue of gorgonzola and spinach sprouts, or octopus nuggets braised in Bolgheri wine with Duchess potatoes.
