Matto is a multifaceted place, with a 360-degree offer that ranges from pizza to Italian cuisine. We start with the appetizers, with a platter of first choice Italian and Spanish hams, accompanied by pecorino, zizzona and burrata.

First courses of traditional Mediterranean cuisine but also with reinterpretations. The strong point is the grill.
FUOCO MATTO is a place to savor great meats and other tasty dishes cooked on the grill, with particular care. A very narrow selection of only the best meats. Do not miss the precious Florentine steak and the Beef Fillet raised in Maremma.

For pizza, the taste of tradition wins here, with tasty and well-made Marinara and Margherita. But there are also other proposals, for example the Matta with fiordilatte, San Marzano fillets, leeks, sprinkled with parmesan, basil, extra virgin olive oil and poppy seeds. Among the most popular is Positano, with smoked provola, fiordilatte, black pig ‘nduja, courgette flowers, San Marzano fillets, extra virgin olive oil and basil.
