Ristorante Il Cavaliere, an historic local restaurant in Florence, renews its management. Tuscan cuisine and Campania cuisine in a modern and elegant way.

The historic restaurant Il Cavaliere Florence in Viale Spartaco Lavagnini renews its management, now enhanced by a menu that includes elegant Campania cuisine, high-quality fish recipes, and the inevitable Tuscan cuisine.

At Il Cavaliere Restaurant, good food, affability, and friendliness the typical atmosphere that makes Campania so loved by everyone. You will be welcome in the lovely inner courtyard or the interior rooms of the restaurant; the welcoming ritual involves a small welcoming aperitif: a prosecco accompanied by a mountain woman, a crouton or a panuozzo.

Among the appetizers we can find, accompanied by various types of homemade bread, the warm salad of cod, taggiasche olives and whipped potatoes with basil, and an intriguing beef tartare with burrata heart and powdered capers.

Among the first courses, we can find directly from the Amalfi coast the scialatielli with seafood, with fresh homemade pasta, pappardelle with wild boar and spaghetti of Gragnano with clams.

Among the second courses, it is possible to vary from an excellent cod, with escarole or the Neapolitan and cream of leeks, to the cut and the fillet of beef truffle sprinkled  or the tender Fiorentina steak. The meat is of excellent quality as is the catch of the day: lobster, sea bass, sea bream, stuffed anchovies. All fresh fish chose daily with great care by the chef at the market and made with oven, crazy water, and salt.

Among the desserts from the most classic cheesecake to Capri cake, a gluten-free treat with chocolate and almonds and a delicious new recipe of creme brûlé flavored with coffee beans.

Cavaliere Firenze Ristorante

The restaurant two brothers run il Cavaliere Florence from Naples, both young but with long experience, including international.

Chef Paolo Petrucci has worked in Naples at the hotel restaurant Scapolatiello, and in several historic restaurants in the Florentine area, while in the dining room we find his brother Raffaele who, despite his young age, boasts international experiences: Milan, Madrid, Lake Garda, Naples, and Forte dei Marmi.

Il Cavaliere Restaurant Florence is an excellent choice for business lunches and on Saturdays and Sundays for dinner in total tranquility.

Opening: lunch and dinner with the closing day on Mondays all day and Saturday for lunch.
