The pizza maker Luigi Amalfitano, who carries out his work with humility, but with great professionalism, takes care of the dough to perfection starting from the Petra del Mulino Quaglia flour, with leavening from 48 to 72 hours, which give it great digestibility. The dough is from Neapolitan pizza, but it is also crumbly and with great lightness. To flavor the pizza the artisanal products of the Tommasini family that give pleasure to the pizzas.
