Some of their delicious proposals include starters like the liver pate mille feuille with Vinsanto jelly or steak tartare with burrata and green sauce. Nor should you miss first courses like the risotto quenelle with basil and an aubergine emulsion or the bigoli pasta with ricotta and fennel on a green tomato sauce. The second courses boast a most unusual dish of pigeon with a truffle vinaigrette or else lamb chops with aromatic herbs with sun-dried tomatoes and fried potato filaments. End the meal with one of the delicious homemade cakes, like the Amedei chocolate fondant with essence of mint and a coconut sorbet or the soft steamed Tiramisù. The service is impeccable. The cellar is very select and offers a wide choice of Chianti Classico wines as well as many Italian and foreign labels. The outdoor area is very pleasant in summer as the garden offers a wonderful panoramic view as well as the possibility to dine or simply allow children to enjoy themselves.
