Ristoro l’Antica Scuderia, a name that pays homage to the origins of this historic restaurant: once a shelter where riders stopped to rest and change their horses before continuing along the street called the “Gardingo di Passignano”, today an elegant and attention to every detail.
We are in the classic Chianti, surrounded by green hills, in a tiny medieval village between Florence and Siena, right in front of the Badia di Passignano, one of the most beautiful artistic resources in Chianti. With relaxed senses, we are pleasantly guided on this food and wine journey characterized by the genuineness of the ingredients and dishes of the best Tuscan tradition.
Stefano Puliti together with his wife Maria Abbarchini, and his daughter Elena and son-in-law Matteo, in the restaurant business for thirty years, have earned this longevity thanks to a deep passion in cooking and the desire to offer a service that is always discreet and refined.
