Jacopo, 64) <\/strong><em>Il Ristorante Il Pacchero \u00e8 un angolo di Cilento a Firenze con vista su Ponte Vecchio.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><b>RISTORANTE IL PACCHERO<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Siamo a <strong>Il Pacchero<\/strong>, ristorante pizzeria con tutte le carte in regola per un gran successo. <strong>Roberto e Vito Tommasini<\/strong> sono ristoratori di grande esperienza, ed hanno creato questo <strong>ristorante in Borgo San Iacopo a Firenze.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Partiamo dalla pizza del <strong>ristorante pizzeria Il Pacchero<\/strong> che ha tutte le carte in regola per essere considerata fra le prime tre a Firenze.<\/p>\n<h2><b>MENU&#8217; DI RISTORANTE IL PACCHERO&nbsp;<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Il pizzaiolo <strong>Luigi Amalfitano<\/strong>, che svolge il suo lavoro con umilt\u00e0, ma con grande professionalit\u00e0, cura l\u2019impasto alla perfezione partendo dalla <strong>farina Petra del Mulino Quaglia<\/strong>, con lievitazione dalle <strong>48 alle 72 ore<\/strong>, che danno una grande digeribilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impasto \u00e8 della <strong>pizza napoletana<\/strong>, ma rimane anche friabile e con grande leggerezza.
