speck croccante<\/strong>, il <strong>Tagliere toscano<\/strong>, e la <strong>Tartare di manzo di Scottona con burratina<\/strong>. Seguiranno la <strong>fregola con vongole e zafferano<\/strong>, gli <strong>Gnocchetti alle castagne con rag\u00f9 di lampredotto e cavolo nero<\/strong>, il <strong>Raviolo all\u2019astice con fiori di zucca e ciliegini gialli<\/strong>. Tra i secondi, da non perdere l\u2019<strong>Hamburger di 200 grammi a km zero<\/strong> con varie tipologie di condimenti, come ad esempio con uovo all\u2019occhio di bue e tartufo.
