I suoi <strong>ingredienti di alta qualit\u00e0<\/strong>, provenienti dalla Campania, vengono selezionati con estremo rigore. La stessa attenzione viene riservata alla preparazione dell&#8217;<strong>impasto della pizza<\/strong>, che deve lievitare almeno 48 ore senza uso di lievito di birra, ma esclusivamente con <strong>lievito madre<\/strong> e <strong>farina tipo 0<\/strong> di grano tenero pressato a freddo e macinato a pietra, con <strong>basso contenuto di glutine<\/strong>, ricca di fibre, vitamine e sali minerali.<\/p><p><strong>Cotta a Puntino<\/strong> offre la possibilit\u00e0 di scegliere tre tipi di <strong>impasto per pizza<\/strong>: quello <strong>tradizionale sottile e croccante<\/strong>, alla <strong>Napoletana<\/strong> con cornicione alto e soffice, oppure l&#8217;impasto <strong>integrale<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Assaggiate tra le nostre <strong>pizze gourmet<\/strong>, la <strong>Napoli con Acciughe del Cantabrico<\/strong>, la <strong>Tartufo fresco e Burrata di Andria<\/strong>, la <strong>Friarielli e salsiccia<\/strong> con &#8216;nduja di Spilinga.<\/p><p>La <strong>Pizza<\/strong> non \u00e8 la sola protagonista: il nostro menu offre anche <strong>piatti di cucina mediterranea<\/strong>, che spaziano tra proposte <strong>tradizionali e moderne<\/strong>, con opzioni per <strong>vegetariani e vegani<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Tra gli <strong>antipasti<\/strong>, il <strong>Tagliere della casa<\/strong> e il <strong>Tris di frittini<\/strong>.
