The presentations<\/strong> are visually stunning, making Mauro Forte a true artist<\/strong>, but beyond their appearance, the dishes offer refined flavors<\/strong> in perfect balance, blending the two great culinary traditions<\/strong>\u2014Tuscan and Neapolitan\u2014with harmony.<\/p>

MENU AT CIRO IN FLORENCE<\/strong><\/p>

From the menu, a few dishes stand out as true experiences<\/strong>. Among the starters<\/strong>, don’t miss the Tuna marinated<\/strong> in Tuscan Ancestral Vermouth \u201cL\u2019Originale\u201d<\/strong> by Cantine Dainelli<\/strong>, served with julienned vegetables<\/strong> and ginger pearls<\/strong>; the Gazpacho with purple shrimp tartare<\/strong> and lemon vegetable charcoal sponge<\/strong>; and the Beef eye round<\/strong> with herbs<\/strong>, spices<\/strong>, and fresh truffle mousse<\/strong> (\u201cSavini Selection\u201d<\/strong>).<\/p>

Among the first courses<\/strong>, the homemade lobster-filled fiocchi<\/strong> with its bisque<\/strong> and Savini truffle<\/strong> is highly recommended, as is the Gragnano pasta<\/strong> with guanciale<\/strong>, seasonal vegetables<\/strong>, and aged pecorino cream<\/strong> from \u201cIl Palagiaccio\u201d farm<\/strong>.<\/p>

For the main courses<\/strong>, not to be missed are the Sous-vide cod fillet<\/strong> with pea cream<\/strong> and garlic crumbled taralli<\/strong>; the Sea bass fillet in pistachio crust<\/strong> with bell pepper cream<\/strong>, braised escarole<\/strong>, onions<\/strong>, and Taggiasca olives<\/strong>; the Golden seitan<\/strong> with saut\u00e9ed baby spinach<\/strong> and red beet cream<\/strong>; and the Chicken supreme<\/strong> with fresh Savini truffle<\/strong>, mashed carrots<\/strong>, and toasted hazelnuts<\/strong>.<\/p>
