The customer is always greeted with a smile and\u00a0<strong>pampered<\/strong>\u00a0throughout dinner.<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">The atmosphere is\u00a0<strong>typically Tuscan,<\/strong>\u00a0but the paintings give that special\u00a0<strong>touch of class<\/strong>\u00a0to the very\u00a0<strong>elegant and ancient rooms<\/strong>\u00a0of this restaurant, which is now well established at the top of the food in the medium &#8211; high for both the Florentine and the tourist.<br \/>\nThe chefs will offer\u00a0<strong>both fish and land,<\/strong>\u00a0with a clever balance between the\u00a0<strong>traditional Tuscan cuisine and more creative dishes.<\/strong>\u00a0Among the dishes we announce the tarts of leeks and radishes mixed field, spaghetti alla chitarra with lobster, the new style Osso buco with green rice and cream of eggnog, with all presentations in plain view.
