Clients are welcomed by Massimo Brazzini, who coordinates the service in the dining room and who formerly worked in the restaurant of the same name in New York and also. It offers the most authentic and genuine type of Mediterranean cuisine, taking particular inspiration from simple and yet unmistakeable flavours. Among the starters, we advise the toasted croutons, the mixed platter of dressed meats, the salmon or the bresaola (cured raw beef) carpaccios\u2026 These can be followed up with spaghetti with baby clams, Mediterranean spaghetti, gnocchi in tomato sauce and basil or pappardelle (ribbon pasta) with wild boar. The second courses are composed of either meat or fish and include octopus, baby tomatoes, capers and potatoes, Mediterranean style sea bass, a great mixed fry of chicken and rabbit, grilled fillet of steak or pieces of grilled rabbit with roast potatoes. The Pizzeria serves pizzas of excellent quality. The desserts are all homemade and include chocolate mousse and apple tart. The service is professional and friendly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
