Siamo in via dell\u2019Agnolo, in una ex gestione del gruppo Pizza Men da circa tre anni, con grandi professionisti della ristorazione come Alfonso Vitale e David Nesi, che hanno puntato fortemente sul prodotto \u201cpizza\u201d.<\/h5>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sono partiti dalla classica pizza napoletana, ma con <strong>anni di ricerca<\/strong> sono arrivati ad una <strong>pizza molto digeribile con 48 ore di lievitazione<\/strong>, un misto di farine \u201c0, 1 e \u201c2\u201d con <strong>grani coltivati in Toscana<\/strong> rigorosamente senza additivi. Il risultato \u00e8 un impasto molto soffice e leggero, non gommoso come il classico impasto napoletano, e leggermente friabile, molto piacevole al palato.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Oltre alle <strong>classiche pizze napoletane<\/strong> potrete trovare le pizze napoletane che girano tutte le settimane <strong>seguendo la stagionalit\u00e0<\/strong> come ad esempio la Pizza con pomodorini gialli con acciughe siciliane e olive taggiasche, la Amatriciana, la Pizza con fiori di zucca con guanciale e provola, le Montanarine con tre tipi di pizza fritta (classica, rustica e
