Over time, he opened a bar-restaurant<\/strong> and a gelato shop<\/strong> near Piazza Duomo<\/strong>, but his greatest desire was to create a contemporary restaurant<\/strong> connected to his homeland<\/strong> and family roots<\/strong>.<\/p>

In 2019<\/strong>, Gun\u00e8<\/strong> was born \u2013 a beautiful and inspiring tribute to women<\/strong>, especially the strong women<\/strong> in his family<\/strong>.
Nicola explains: \u201cGun\u00e8<\/strong> \u2013 from the Greek \u03b3\u03c5\u03bd\u03ae<\/em>, meaning woman<\/em> \u2013 is a tribute to the generative energy of the feminine<\/strong>: creativity<\/strong>, hospitality<\/strong>, intuition<\/strong>, the delicate strength<\/strong> that shapes and nourishes<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>
