Homemade bread and focaccia are baked using organic flours and sourdough starter. The dessert selection is curated by Caterina Saraò.
The wine cellar, overseen by sommelier Paolo Miano, features over 8,000 labels, including Italian wine icons, a rotating selection of artisanal and niche bottles, and an international wine list. Wines are stored in a historic 15th-century cellar and a temperature- and humidity-controlled glass display, ensuring optimal preservation conditions.
