The secrets of the restaurant “Il Parione” are simple: a cuisine that focuses on the quality of the products, and follows the seasons, warm and elegant environments, impeccable service, and the friendliness of Mark Becagli. The customer is always greeted with a smile and pampered throughout dinner.
The atmosphere is typically Tuscan, but the paintings give that special touch of class to the very elegant and ancient rooms of this restaurant, which is now well established at the top of the food in the medium – high for both the Florentine and the tourist.
The chefs will offer both fish and land, with a clever balance between the traditional Tuscan cuisine and more creative dishes. Among the dishes we announce the tarts of leeks and radishes mixed field, spaghetti alla chitarra with lobster, the new style Osso buco with green rice and cream of eggnog, with all presentations in plain view. Also notable is the steak and the filet.
